Return and Exchange Policy for FR-DZ
Welcome to FR-DZ. We value your trust and want to ensure you have a great shopping experience with us. Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, we have outlined our return and exchange process below to make it as smooth as possible.
1. General Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include: Intimate apparel, health and personal care items, cosmetics, and custom-made products.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Specifics
Because you pay for your order at the time of delivery, please note the following:
- Inspection at Delivery: We highly encourage you to inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged from the outside, you have the right to refuse it before handing over the cash to the delivery agent.
- Exchanges: If you open the package and realize you need a different size or color, please contact us immediately. We will arrange an exchange via our delivery partners.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you need to return an item after the delivery agent has left, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within the 7-day window via WhatsApp at +213 558 58 85 57, email us at FD-Shop@gmail.com, or message our Facebook page.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will schedule a pickup with our delivery company from your address, or ask you to drop it off at their nearest agency.
4. Return Shipping Fees
- Our Fault (Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item): If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, FR-DZ will cover 100% of the return and exchange delivery fees.
- Customer Preference (Change of mind, Wrong size ordered): If you wish to exchange an item because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size, you will be responsible for the return delivery fee and the shipping cost of the new item.
5. Refunds (After COD Payment)
Since the payment was made in cash, any approved refunds will be processed through standard Algerian banking methods. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will transfer your money via:
- BaridiMob (Instant transfer)
- CCP (Compte Courant Postal)
- Store Credit (A discount code for your next purchase at FR-DZ)
